About MadX
MadX was founded in 2020 in Fairfax, Virginia, at the intersection of threat intelligence and internet measurement. We built Sauron and Nodify — internet intelligence products acquired by Digital Envoy (Digital Element) in 2021 — and have supported DoD threat intelligence and security missions ever since.
Today MadX is a contracting firm. The same engineering depth that produced acquired products now goes into our clients' missions: intelligence programs, offensive security engagements, hardened infrastructure, and custom software. We stay small on purpose — senior practitioners only, no bench.
